We want you to be completely in love with your whimsical Lirika Matoshi pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit or refunds on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
