How long will it take for my order to be handcrafted?
Each Lirika Matoshi piece is handmade to order with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production before your item is shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our designs worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for made-to-order items?
Since our items are custom-made for you, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How do I ensure I choose the correct size?
We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. We recommend measuring yourself accurately and comparing your dimensions to our chart, as our garments often have unique silhouettes.
Are your garments ethically produced?
Sustainability and ethics are at our core. All garments are produced in our woman-led atelier in Kosovo, ensuring fair wages and a safe, creative working environment for all our artisans.
Can I request a custom adjustment or size?
